Shipping policy

Free shipping
All orders ship free to Spain, Italy, France, the United States and Latin America (Mexico, Chile, Ecuador and Guatemala). There are no additional costs at checkout.

Timing
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 4 to 8 business days from dispatch.
During busy periods, public holidays or because of customs procedures there may be a delay of a few days. If that happens, we will let you know.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where your parcel is at any time.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.

Order not arriving?
If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your order, email us and we will sort it out: we will send you a new one or refund you.
